REFUND POLICY

At UK Aluminium, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that, on occasion, a product may need to be returned. This policy explains your rights and our procedures in accordance with UK consumer law.

Right to Return (Eligibility)

Due to the items we sell being made-to-measure or custom-made products, they are excluded from returns, except where the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with UK consumer law.

How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

The return address
Clear instructions on how and where to send the item

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, return shipping will be free of charge.
For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 3-4 working days of receiving the returned goods
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us immediately at contact@ukaluminium.com.

Any claims for defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will provide return instructions and resolve the matter promptly.
