By purchasing from UK Aluminium (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), you (“the Purchaser”, “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

UK Aluminium is a trading name of Green Space Studios Ltd and supplies bespoke, made-to-measure doors, windows and related products.

All products are manufactured specifically to the measurements and specifications provided by the Purchaser after an order is placed, unless stated otherwise. The Purchaser is fully responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, designs and information supplied.

For all contractual, legal and billing purposes, contracts are entered into with Green Space Studios Ltd, trading as UK Aluminium.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into a contract;

• You are at least 18 years old;

• You are resident in, and ordering from, the UK mainland.

4. Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. You have 24 hours from the time of ordering to notify us in writing of any changes or cancellations.

No changes, amendments or cancellations will be accepted after this period.

A binding contract is formed only once we issue an Acceptance Confirmation, and only for the products listed therein.

All images, drawings and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract. Product specifications and images may change without notice.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP, include VAT, and include delivery cost unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect accepted orders. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order.

Payment must be made in full by debit card, credit card. Goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unconfirmed addresses.

We do not store card details or share customer or financial information with third parties.

6. Specifications

• All dimensions must be supplied in metric.

• All designs are viewed from the outside unless agreed otherwise.

7. Delivery

We provide kerbside delivery only.

You must ensure suitable access and assistance on the agreed delivery date. Items may weigh up to 40kg and are supplied unglazed for safety.

Delivery dates are estimates only. While we aim to meet agreed timescales, UK Aluminium accepts no liability for delays or related costs.

We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due issues with the items delivered or delay in delivery. We strongly advise against booking installers until your new doors & windows have arrived.

Deliveries take place between 7:00am and 7:00pm 7 days a week. Timed deliveries are not available. If delivery fails due to absence or refusal, re-delivery and storage charges will apply.

Risk in the goods passes to the Purchaser upon delivery.

8. Inspection & Damaged Goods

Goods must be inspected on the day of delivery, with protective coverings removed.

Any damage, defects or missing items must be reported in writing on the day of delivery to contact@ukaluminium.com, including your order number and clear photographs.

We cannot accept responsibility for defects reported after installation or modification. No claims will be accepted for fitting, removal or re-fitting costs.

Where a fault is confirmed to be ours, we may offer a repair, replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Installation

Installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified installer. Goods must be checked for size, design and completeness before installation begins.

Do not book installers until the goods have been delivered and inspected. UK Aluminium accepts no liability for installation delays or third-party costs.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

As all products are bespoke:

• Orders cancelled within 12 hours after payment has been made receive a full refund;

• No refunds are available after 12 hours.

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing. Changes may incur charges depending on work already completed and will restart the production lead time.

11. Colours & Finishes

Colours may vary due to screen and lighting differences. No claims will be accepted for colour variation from website images.

Samples and RAL references are available on request and are strongly recommended for colour matching.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We accept no liability for property damage, water ingress, delays or consequential losses.

13. Privacy & GDPR

UK Aluminium processes personal data on behalf of Green Space Studios Ltd. Our lawful bases for processing are:

• Performance of a contract;

• Compliance with legal obligations;

• Legitimate business interests (e.g., order fulfilment, delivery, customer service improvement).

Your rights include access, correction, deletion, objection, and restriction of processing where applicable. Requests should be sent to contact@ukaluminium.com.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, acts of God or supply chain disruption.

​

15. Guarantees

Guarantees apply only where products are correctly installed, maintained and used under normal domestic conditions.

Exclusions include misuse, negligence, modification, broken glass or tampered sealed units.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of order will apply unless otherwise required by law.

17. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

​

18. Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of service. Any complaints must be submitted in writing and will be addressed within 14 days.
